I had a terrible experience with this doctor. The doctor came 2hours later from her scheduled time to see patients. She showed no interest in listening to my concerns—it felt like she just wanted me to pay and leave. During the consultation, a hospital staff member suddenly walked in, and the doctor started gossiping with them, completely unprofessional. I went there for help with milia and hair fall issues, but the staff member who came in was bald, and the doctor kept referencing him, saying things like, "You have a good amount of hair." I explained that baldness isn’t my concern; I’m dealing with hair fall and thinning. The doctor dismissed it, saying hair fall isn’t a problem unless I go completely bald, and even told me to count how many hairs I lose daily. It was an utterly ridiculous and unhelpful experience.
